BEGINNER SEWING AND DRESSMAKING WORKSHOPS - HARROGATE
As well as 1:1 sewing lessons I also run group sewing workshops in different locations in Harrogate. My workshops are aimed at those who are new to sewing and dressmaking and offer a friendly, welcoming introduction to using the sewing machine.
Welcome to my sewing workshops — a friendly, relaxed space where everyone is welcome, especially beginners.
If you’ve never used a sewing machine before or feel a bit nervous about getting started, you’re in exactly the right place. My workshops are designed to be approachable and pressure-free, with step-by-step guidance and plenty of encouragement along the way. No question is too small, and there’s always time to go at your own pace.
I keep group sizes small so you’ll get lots of individual support, and I’m always on hand to help you through each stage. It’s all about learning in a way that feels comfortable, building your confidence, and enjoying the process — not aiming for perfection.
More experienced sewists are just as welcome too, whether you’d like to refresh your skills or try something new in a supportive environment.
